By creating an account, accessing, or using the EZbot AI service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EZbot Intelligence ("Company", "we", "us").
The Service provides a platform for users to create, manage, and deploy AI-powered chatbots. This includes tools for configuring AI behavior, managing knowledge bases through file uploads and website scanning, and embedding the chatbot on user websites. The Service relies on third-party large language models (LLMs) to provide its core functionality.
To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload or provide to the Service, including but not limited to PDF files, website content, and configuration data ("User Content"). By providing User Content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service for you. We will not use your User Content to train our general AI models for other customers.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to:
The Service is provided based on subscription plans, which may require payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees for the plan you select. All fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change our subscription plans or fees at any time, and we will provide you with reasonable notice of any such changes.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
In no event shall EZbot Intelligence, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

本規約違反等の理由により、事前通知なくアクセスを終了または停止する場合があります。お客様はいつでも当社に連絡してアカウントを終了できます。
本サービスは「現状有姿」で提供されます。商品性、特定目的適合性、非侵害の黙示的保証を含む一切の保証を否認します。
間接的・付随的・特別・結果的・懲罰的損害について、EZbot Intelligence およびその役員・従業員・代理人は責任を負いません。
本規約は、法の抵触に関する原則を除き、指定の管轄法に準拠します。
